Deluxe Restrooms is a member of Waste Management Institute New Zealand (WasteMINZ), a voluntary organisation for waste companies which promotes a certification programme, intended to raise standards within the industry.

The Certification Council is endorsed by the Ministry for the Environment and many territorial and Regional Councils throughout New Zealand.
